How quickly do you respond to emergency service requests?
We aim to respond to all inquiries immediately, but if you don’t hear from us right away you can expect an answer within 24 hours of receiving your email or phone call.
How quickly can you provide a quote for a service request?
We are able to provide you with a service estimate within 48 hours of our initial assessment/site visit.
Is Allsite insured to perform commercial repair work?
Yes, we are. Allsite is a fully licensed and insured commercial repair provider. We prioritize the safety of your facility and carry all necessary coverage.
How long does it take to install a playground?
On average, it takes about 1 week to install a playground but this estimate varies depending on the size of the playground. For smaller playgrounds it can take 3-5 days to complete an installation. Larger more complex playgrounds can take up to 2-3 weeks for proper installation.
Does Allsite remove & dispose of old playground equipment?
Yes, our team is equipped to safely uninstall and properly dispose of old playground equipment.
How long does it take to repair or replace a playground slide?
You can expect your new or repaired slide to be back in working order in 1-2 days.
Is Allsite open all year round?
Yes! Indoor repairs, maintenance and installations are done all year long at Allsite. Most outdoor installations and repairs have better success rates during the warmer months, though our team is able to perform some emergency outdoor repairs during the winter months too.
Do playground repairs require closing the entire playground?
Depending on the extent of the damage, it may not be necessary to close the entire playground. In most cases we are able to keep the playground open, closing off access to just the specific areas that are under repair.
Can you replace playground parts like swings or shade protection?
Yes, we can replace any part of a playground using OEM parts from any manufacturer.
What is the best playground surfacing material to use?
Engineered Wood Fiber (EWF) is a great option for playground surfacing material. Not only is it a cost-effective solution to cover your playground surface, it has great water absorption properties, is long-lasting, and creates a safe surface for children to play on.
